My son “A” has been going to Freetime for two years when he wasn’t at college and during college holidays. However 8 months ago, “A” had a stroke which meant he was unable to walk. Freetime were great, and put me in touch with a sling company. Between Freetime, me and the sling company we designed a sling from scratch to enable “A” to go to the toilet and continue to enjoy his days there. Freetime are also working with other services like the physio department, so “A” can go to hydrotherapy with their carers. They are also working with his Occupational Therapist, making sure “A” needs are met.
